Apparently you like sounding unintelligent. I'm helping you to not sound stupid with your nonsensical conspiracy theories. It is in fact your fanboyism that got you confused. Why would an NVidia fanboy get hurt by your reply? Your reply proves NVidia works better then AMD, that's exactly what an NVidia fanboy wants. I'm also not a dumbass, which is why I know better then to blame everyone but AMD for AMD's shortcomings, something you should start doing. I have a 7970 in one machine and a 980Ti in another, i'm brand agnostic. AMD clearly does not have proper OGL 4.5 support. I wrote what is going on with that and if your butthurt ass can't except the truth thats your problem. Both support OpenGl 4.5 don't be a dumbass. You're clearly an Nvidia fanboy 'cause you got pretty butthurt reading my reply. If you're looking for someone to blame, look no further then AMD.Ģ. It's not ID's fault, it's not Bathesda's fault, it's not nVidia's fault. Why do so many AMD fanboys think everything nVidia does is to spite AMD? nVidia supports OGL 4.5 and AMD does not. This was probably done on purpose by Nvidia 'cause they knew it was gonna create backlash towards AMD. So basically Nvidia's 4.5 is a lie because at the core it still runs on 4.3 for both. Some visitors use a personal firewall or antivirus program, that deletes the page referer information sent by the web browser.Originally posted by Wstr:Thats because both AMD and Nvidia are running the game on OpenGl 4.3 but because this game uses OGl4.3 with some bits and bobs from 4.5 AMD shows 4.3 and Nvidia 4.5. If you do not agree to the terms of this LICENSE, do not download the SOFTWARE. If you link to -lGL you will dynamically link to whatever OpenGL library is installed and should be used, so under a X11-Environment with nvidia driver it will link to the NVidia specific libgl, with a ATI driver to the ATI specific libgl, the OpenGL libs of the different vendors have all a compatible ABI, so. By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this LICENSE. I'd recommend using a Windows 8.0 / 8.1 Driver (specifically 1H 2015) as these do offer the most compatibility and stability., but they will not provide support for OpenGL 4.3 (or later), Vulkan and have very limited DirectX 12 Support. OpenGL 1.1.0 is exclusive to integrated cards so the game does see that one for sure, but with your pc not registering it something is reported wrongly internally. The software (AMD Catalyst 13.x (13.150.100.1) OpenGL 4.3 Beta Driver Download) available here from / are provided "as is" with no technical support. I think you need to figure out why your system doesn't recognise the integrated card in the first place, that might be the cause of the wrong reporting of the OpenGL version.
